Our story
From Belgium to the US and back
Casiola started with one clear mission: help owners get more out of their vacation home, without extra worries.
In 2013 Dennis Goedheid left Belgium for the United States to launch Casiola, after earlier successes with Printconcept.com and Flyer.be. What began as an ambitious idea grew into an international vacation rental player, active in Orlando, Miami, Houston, Aruba and Spain. That growth came from smart technology, data-driven pricing, strong marketing and an exceptional guest experience.
After eleven years of building and scaling in one of the most competitive markets in the world, we are bringing everything back to where it started. All that knowledge, systems and experience now serve Belgian owners: higher revenue, fewer operational worries and a long-term partner.
We manage every home as if it were our own. That is the only standard that works, in Orlando and in Ostend.
