These terms apply to every agreement between Casiola Belgium and the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Services
Casiola Belgium provides vacation rental management: marketing, bookings, guest communication, cleaning and maintenance.
3. Client obligations
The client provides a complete and accurate description of the property and complies with all applicable local regulations.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount covered by our insurance.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of Bruges have jurisdiction.
