- Since 30 January 2023, creating a new hébergement touristique de terroir (gîte or meublé de vacances) requires a communal urbanism permit — precisely so tourist communes can steer density.
- The commune lists the stay tax in its overview of communal taxes. The rate is in the regulation itself — request it from the finance department.
- We did not find a separate second-residence tax in that overview; have the commune confirm this before you budget.
